Every Gender is on a mission to change the working world to one where we (trans and non-binary individuals) thrive. By countering mis- and disinformation with empathy, openness and acknowledgement of our shared vulnerability, we dissolve tensions and support cohesion and teamwork in the workforce. Working closely with organisational leadership teams, we craft pathways toward cultural evolution that safeguard not only trans employees but wider workplace communities and kaupapa. Our approach builds momentum for diversity, belonging, and progress in every corner of the workplace.
We envision a future where individuals of all genders and cultural backgrounds are collaborating towards common goals. We see economic empowerment for gender minorities, and the abolishment of gender pay gaps. We see corporate allies using their influence for widespread social justice, becoming pioneers in the journey towards civil rights. We imagine a future where integrity is the hallmark of brands leading the charge for positive change, and people of all genders feel not just safe but celebrated in their workplaces.
Intentional Inclusion: We clearly define the purpose behind, and processes within, each space we create. This enables all participants to engage on their own terms and understand the value exchange they can expect.
Empowerment: We actively elevate the well-being, self-worth, and ability to affect change, of ourselves and those that we interact with.
Truthfulness: We commit to revealing what is essential in order to honour our own experiences, and to contribute to our shared purpose.
Impact: We prioritise deep-rooted, process based impact over quick fixes.
Collective Effort: We are building a network that moves us toward systemic change.
